By creating a host account and accessing the Sonar IDE admin portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not register or use the service.

2. Host Accounts

Host accounts are intended for organizers and administrators managing hackathons, coding exams, or supervised sessions. By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have the authority to act on behalf of your organization.
  • All information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You will not share your account with unauthorized individuals.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Sonar IDE admin portal, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or any harmful content.
  • Misuse participant monitoring data collected through the platform.
  • Use participant data for any purpose beyond the scope of managing your hosted events.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of Sonar IDE is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of participant monitoring data complies with applicable data protection laws.

5. Intellectual Property

The Sonar IDE software is open source and distributed under the MIT License. The admin portal and web application are provided as-is. You may not claim ownership of the platform or its underlying systems.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or are using the platform in a manner that is harmful to others.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sonar IDE and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms
